– Do not ask strangers near the Railway station or platform about the train status.
– The status of trains delayed, cancelled, arriving and departing are regularly announced and displayed at the Digital Boards at all major Railway Stations.
– While at Railway station, enquire only from the person sitting behind the Enquiry Desk at the “Enquiry counter”. Mind you, not from any other person standing nearby.
